Incubator- You can make a good inexpensive incubator for about $10.00 out of locally bought matrials. See How to make an incubator .
Syringes- The best and safest thing to feed formula with is 1c.c. syringes (without the needle).  As the baby gets older and you get used to the syringes, ( 7 weeks and older ) you can use 3c.c. syringes ( without the needle). In really young babies, you probably need a 1/2c.c syringe ( without the needle) or an adapter on a 1c.c syringe to fit a small baby's mouth.
Proper Formula- The best and closest thing to mother's milk for a baby squirrel that you can get is puppy formula.  This is available from pet stores, veterinarian clinic, etc..  There is no need to try and make your own concoction or use goats milk or any other type of formula.  Feeding the baby squirrel the wrong kind of formula will be harmful to the squirrel and inhibit proper growth.  I can't stress this enough.  Two of the best puppy formulas are Just Born® for Puppies and ZooLogic Milk Matrix 33/40( PetAg® ).  Also through your vet is Nurturall® for Puppies.  The dry type you have to mix is better because you can adjust the strength to a better ratio for the baby.   Remember, once opened, the can of formula needs to be refridgerated as does the mixed formula.
Cage- Eventually your baby squirrel will need to go into a cage until you release him/her. The minimum size is 2ft.x2ft.x4ft. and he/she will eventually outgrow that.  The law here in Florida states 3ft.x3ft.x6ft. for an adult squirrel. Just know you will need a cage and the bigger the better as the squirrel grows.
Water Bottle- You want to get one with a metal spout as squirrels will break glass spouts.  You can find them at most discount stores for a couple of dollars.
Nest Box- This is for inside the cage.  Prefferably mounted off the bottom of cage towards the top third.   A wooden box or one of those black containers that bushes or small trees come in works well.
Bedding Material-   A word of warning, do not use terry cloth or towels as bedding.  It will have loose strings that can become wrapped around a baby's neck and he/she can choke to death.   This has happened.  Try to use old tee-shirts cut up into strips, etc.   Do not use cedar shavings because the fumes can kill a baby.
